Laying the Groundwork
for Highway Upgrades

For this project, the team relocated water lines prior to state highway improvements. This project consisted of but not limited to maintenance of traffic, installation of fire hydrants, installation of water meters and appurtenances for potable water services, installation of manually operated valves, site preparation, earthwork, trench excavation, backfill, and compacting, erosion and storm water pollution prevention, right-of-way undercrossings, pipe and fittings, and seeding and mulching.
